You know you’re capable of more. The question is how to position yourself, make the right decisions, and move forward strategically.
Whether you’re pursuing a stronger role, repositioning your experience, navigating a career transition, or facing a professional situation you need to think through, we work through it together.
I look at the whole picture — where you are, how you’re presenting yourself, what may be getting in the way, and what needs to happen next.
This isn’t generic career advice.
We start with you — your experience, ambitions, résumé, professional positioning, the opportunities you’re pursuing, what’s working, and where you’re getting stuck.
Then we work together privately to determine the strongest path forward and turn it into a strategy you can actually execute.
By the end of our work, you won’t simply have more information. You’ll know what you’re doing next, why you’re doing it, and how to move forward with confidence.
Submit a short application. It tells me where you are, what you’re working toward, and where you feel stuck — and helps us both determine whether this engagement is the right fit.
I personally review each application.
If I believe I can be helpful, you’ll hear from me directly with next steps and a private link to secure your engagement.
You then complete a confidential intake, and I review your résumé and relevant materials before we meet. We don’t spend your first session reading your résumé together. We begin with substance.
Across four private sessions, we work through what actually matters.
We may challenge assumptions, sharpen your positioning, evaluate opportunities, prepare for important conversations, rethink your résumé, or work through decisions as they arise.
This is not a predetermined curriculum. The work follows what you need.
We turn our work into a clear strategy and 90-day plan.
You leave knowing what comes next — with direct email access for accountability and guidance as you begin putting the strategy into action.
I’ve spent decades building, changing, and repositioning my own career across highly competitive environments — as a business owner, leader, luxury buyer, creative professional, and advisor.
My career has taken me through salon ownership, luxury retail, Beverly Hills, Disneyland Resort, entertainment, management, buying, entrepreneurship, and consulting.
But a list of where I’ve worked isn’t what makes this coaching valuable. It’s what those experiences taught me to see.
I listen closely. I ask the question underneath the question. I notice what may be getting overlooked. I look at how your experience, ambitions, decisions, and circumstances fit together — and help you separate the noise from what actually matters.
Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you need more career advice. You need someone who can help you see your situation differently.
You aren’t hiring me to hand you generic answers. You’re hiring me to think with you.
Professionals who are serious about making a strategic move in their careers — whether that means pursuing a new role, advancing where they are, repositioning their experience, navigating a transition, strengthening their professional presence, or determining what comes next.
You do not need to work in the beauty industry to work with me.
Résumé strategy and improvement are included where appropriate.
I’m interested in more than making your résumé sound better. I want to determine whether it is positioning you correctly for where you’re trying to go. The amount of revision needed will depend on your individual situation.
That may be precisely why this work is useful.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Sometimes our first job is identifying the real question, understanding what you want now, and determining which opportunities deserve your attention.
That depends on you.
Career positioning, résumé strategy, interviewing, leadership presence, professional communication, career transitions, difficult workplace situations, networking, evaluating opportunities, and determining your next move can all become part of the engagement. We work on what is actually happening in your career.
Sessions are held privately by video at mutually agreed-upon times. In-person sessions may be available by arrangement.
Typically 6–8 weeks.
That gives us enough time between sessions for you to make decisions, take action, see what happens, and bring new information back into our work.
Yes. Direct email access is included for questions, accountability, and situations that arise while you’re implementing the work.
Submit a short application. I review each one personally, and if I believe I can be helpful, you’ll hear from me directly with next steps.
Payment is not requested on the application. It comes after we’ve determined we’re a good fit.
The engagement is $1,500, paid in full once you’ve been invited and before our first session.
If you would prefer to discuss an alternative arrangement, you can indicate that on your application and we’ll talk it through.
Because preparation begins once your intake materials are received, the engagement is non-refundable once our first session has been held.
If circumstances change before then, contact me directly.
You don’t need another collection of career tips.
You need clarity about what matters, a strategy built around you, and someone who can help you see what may be difficult to see from inside the situation.
Let’s determine your strongest next move.
