Marketing That Reaches
The Clientele You
Actually Want.

Most businesses aren’t short on marketing. They’re short on marketing that produces the right clients at the right price point — and a clear way of knowing what’s working.

I look at how your business is positioned, how it looks and sounds, where attention is coming from, what happens to that attention once it arrives, and whether any of it is turning into revenue.

Strategy first. Then the work that follows from it.

01 How I Help

Attention is only valuable if the business is ready for what happens next.

A marketing problem is rarely just a marketing problem. Positioning, price, the booking experience, the team, and what a client sees when they walk in all decide whether attention becomes revenue.

That’s why I start with strategy: who the business is for, how it should be perceived, and what will actually move it — before anyone posts, spends, or redesigns anything.

I’ve built clientele from the chair, positioned luxury product as a buyer, and operated inside brands where presentation is everything. I know what luxury looks like to the client, and what it takes to deliver it.

02 How It Works
1

Inquire

Tell me about the business, what you’re doing now, what it’s costing, and what you believe isn’t working.

2

Consult

A private conversation about positioning, clientele, and where attention is going — and whether the problem is marketing or something the marketing is revealing.

3

Scope

If there’s a fit, a clear proposal: what we’re working to accomplish, what’s included, timeline, and investment.

4

Engage

Strategy, positioning, content direction, oversight, or ongoing advisory — whatever the business actually needs.

03   The Difference

I don’t prescribe marketing before I understand the business.

Marketing advice from outside the business tends to produce more activity. Marketing strategy from someone who has run the business, served the client, and bought the product produces different decisions.

Because I also consult on operations, teams, and the client experience, I can see when a marketing problem is really a positioning problem, a pricing problem, or a front-desk problem — and say so.

The goal is not more attention. It’s the right clientele, at the right price, coming back.

Questions.

Do you manage social media?

Yes. Social media can be included as part of a larger marketing engagement when it makes sense for the business.

That may include strategy, content direction, editorial planning, messaging, oversight, and ongoing management. The level of execution is determined by the scope.

I don’t begin with “What should we post?” I begin with what the business needs the marketing to accomplish.

We already have an agency. Can you still help?

Yes. Often the most valuable thing an owner can have is an experienced outside perspective on what the agency is doing, whether it fits the business, and what to ask for.

How are engagements priced?

Scoped individually, based on the work, the level of involvement, and the time required. You’ll receive a clear proposal and investment before anything begins.

Is this different from your business consulting?

Marketing is one part of the business. If the conversation shows that the real issue is operations, the team, or the client experience, I’ll say so — and we can scope the engagement accordingly.

Let’s look at your marketing.

Tell me what you’re doing, what it’s costing, and what you believe isn’t working. I’ll help determine whether the problem is the marketing — or what the marketing is revealing.
